Nice cat. Does he do tricks? Well, does pulling clean laundry down to the floor while I try to sort it and put it away count as a trick? He can usually do it without being seen so it might be called a magic trick. He will also retrieve his personal teddy bear from wherever I put it and bring it to the middle of the floor in the living room to lay on it. Is that a trick? He'll jump up on a person's back and become a backpack. Is that a trick?
I believe he thinks he's pretty tricky. LOL

Whats up everyone. Long time no post. Sorry about that, have been a bit busy. Got a mates birthday coming up next week and I am having trouble baking a cake for her. Lucky someone has offered to bake it for me, using their oven, and I pick it up on Thursday morning, decorate it myself, then take it to class for Tracy. Hope she likes cake, lol.

Yeah, this is true. I like cats and have been owned by many. Just dont happen to have one now. Last cat was a sweet lil gray tabby who sustained brain damage at birth. He was so funny because he would try to rub up against your leg, but misjudge the distance and fall over. Sweetest cat ever and he lived to be 12. Havent had another cat since. Diff subject. .. hear things are blowing up behind the scenes over there. Appears carrying water for Obama is harder than WB expected. ROFLMAO. I'm trying to stay out of the fray.

I'll take the same (Margarita and an order of Nachos) while I ponder the odds of winning the lottery and being killed by space junk on the same day. It would probably require the "improbability drive" from the 'Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy' for that to happen.

Yep, just took a look at the tracking of the satellite. It's not going to hit us and chances are that it will land in the ocean. Also, will be in pieces most likely as it breaks up. I wasn't really worried about it. But some day....some of this junk will undoubtedly do some damage. Reminds me of the recent Sandra Bullock movie where some space junk broke up their mission. Exciting movie, to say the least.

I wasn't really worried about it. But some day....some of this junk will undoubtedly do some damage. Reminds me of the recent Sandra Bullock movie where some space junk broke up their mission. Exciting movie, to say the least. I was watching a recent science program where they addressed how much "space junk" there is out there and it's totally out of control. Between government and private space launches without any provisions for dealing with the junk it has become a serious problem. The problem is not so much with the safety of us on the ground but for astronauts and operating satellites that this "space junk" puts at risk.
We really needed something similar to the international "Antarctic Agreement" that all of the "trash" sent into space had to be cleaned up by those responsible for putting it there. Yes, this would be a costly international regulation but we've seen the problem that already exists and it's going to be far more expensive to clean up the space junk we already have and it needs to be cleaned up. Even a little 1/4" piece of junk traveling at 22,000 mph (the average speed of the junk) can destroy a spacecraft or satellite. It's a far more serious problem than people realize.
