The simple fact remains that while an estimated 300,000 Floridians may lose their existing health insurance policies all of them will have health insurance policies under "Obamacare" along with many more hundreds of thousands of Floridians that didn't have health insurance, public or private, before Obamacare but will be provided with quality health care because of Obamacare.
The problems with the federal insurance exchanges was basically because the federal government was demanding too much of the software. The contracting computer software company warned the administration of this problem because complexity breeds problems exponentially. Basically the government asked too much of the software. In the big picture this is a small problem of little significance as long as the People can eventually access the software and sign-up.
Why the House is holding hearings on this is stupid partisanship because it is accomplishing absolutely nothing. The Republicans didn't even want the insurance exchanges to work so why are they holding hearings on it? If they could have "fixed" it the insurance exchanges they wouldn't have done that and we all know that. They're walking around glad that the American People are having a problem. It's pure partisan showmanship that is a waste of the taxpayers dollars, accomplishes nothing, and prevents the House from conducting business that is important to the American People.
Instead of holding hearings without any purpose to fix the problems why aren't Republicans in the House passing legislation that will fix current or prevent future problems for the American People?
