Having all been members of "other" forums one of the things I would ask be considered is the public disclosure of adminstrative (moderator) actions. In short if a member violates the Forum Rules and actions must be taken against them would it be a good idea to have a thread, perhaps in this forum, that lists the member and the remedial action? For Example:
Basically I'm taking this from the fact that this has always been considered "secret information" and yet in our judical systems it's always public information. It doesn't need to contain all of the details although more information could be provided if deemed necessary. My personal opinion is that I don't like "secret courts" where decisions are made and actions taken without the "public" being aware of it. If there is an "appeal" (and there should always be a right of appeal) then that could also be noted by the adminstrator (moderator) in charge.
I'm not sure that I even agree with this idea but it is something that I believe our Grand Poo-Bah should think about and possibly respond to. I address the question here but perhaps it could also be addressed between the members as we're still small.
