Your view that Israel has "propogated" all these wars in which it has been involved since 1948--why, its Arab neighbors have just been innocent bystanders, and a bloodthirsty Israel has attempted, gratuitously, to annihilate them!--is supported by nothing but historical revisionism.
And your suggestion that the Jews abandon the fact of their Jewishness as the
raison d'etr for the state of Israel is simply absurd. Israel was not created so that European Jewry--what little was left of it--might have an alternative to Manhattan or Miami. Nor was it created to serve as a shrine to multiculturalism.
I can't state categorical that Israel is responsible for "all wars" but I can state categorically that for those I might not be aware of Israel was, if nothing more, in violation of it's treaty agreements with the other nations of the world. The UN Charter expressly prohibits any offensive military actions and even under Article 51 it only allows limited "defensive" military response to a direct attack/invasion until the UN Security Council has time to act.
Of course the "two biggies" when we talk about Israeli wars are the Arab-Israeli war of 1948-49 and then the invasion of Egypt, Jordan and Syria in 1967 by Israel.
The Arab-Israeli war was clearly started by the Zionist Jews that violated the Right of Self-determination of the Palestinian People (that included Arab Muslims, Jews, and misc Christians and other people living in Palestine in 1948). There was no vote by the "Palestinian People" (all of them) to divide Palestine and the majority living in Palestine opposed it. The fact that the Arab nations came to the aid of the "Palestinian People" where their Rights of Self-Determination and Personal Sovereignty of the "Palestinian People" (all of them) was being violated by the "Zionist Jews" was an act of self-defense against the aggression by a minority of predominately European Jewish immigrants. European Jews certainly had a Right to Share Palestine as a homeland with the existing Palestinians but had no Right to take it away from them.
The 1967 War was obviously started by Israel as Egypt, Syria, and Jordan had not attacked Israel (except in response to Israeli provocation according to Mosha Dayan that was the military commander on the Syrian boarder). The invasion of Egypt by Israel was also in direct violation to Israel's treaty agreement as a member of the United Nations and was not supported by Article 51 as Egypt had not invaded Israel and it was not an "act of self-defense" by Israel in reponse to an act of aggression by Egypt.
As for the numerous invasions of Lebanon I haven't done all the research necessary but know that most if not all were not in response to an invasion of Israel by Lebonan. I'm not sure if Lebonan has ever invaded Israel and know that Israel is illegally occupying territory in South Lebanon (Shebaa farms) and is illegally occupying the Golan Heights that belongs to Syria. Israel has formally annexed both in violation of UN Security Council Resolutions that Israel has a treaty mandate to comply with.
When a nation, such as Israel, is illegally occupying the territory of another nation it is generally responsible for any subsequent wars.
In the case of Gaza then Israel is clearly responsible as it has been committing an act of war against Gaza at least since Hamas was elected as the government of the people of Gaza. Israel has maintained a naval blockaid of Gaza ports and a blockaid is an act of war. The government of Gaza has a Right of Self Defense against the continuing act of war (i.e. blockaid of it's ports) being committed by Israel.
As for Israel giving up discrimination and oppression in the name of Judism that is up to them. It can only be repeated that it is fundamentally no different than "white Supremacy" as advocated by the Nazis in Germany nor can it be seen any differently than "Muslim Supremacy" that we see in most Middle East nations. All are based upon invidious discrimination that results in the violations of the Rights of Person which is the fundamental definition of tyranny (i.e. oppressive government).
I merely pointed out the fact that unless the Jews of Israel give up invidous discrimination based upon their religious, racial or ethnic heritage they will once again be subjected to oppression once they become the minority in Israel. That is a simple observation of life as we've seen it time after time historically. When the shoe changes what foot it is on it will stomp on the other foot. The oppressed have historically become the oppressors given that oppotunity and Israel will not be exempted from the historical precedent. The Jews were oppressed in Europe so they became the oppressors in Palestine, When the Palestinians get the opportunity, and they will, to become the oppressors they will become the oppressors of those that oppressed them (i.e. the Jews in Palestine). I don't think anyone can really argue with the history of the Oppressed and the Oppressors and how the roles often reverse.
